Yes. The price you sign up at in your first year is the price you pay for as long as your subscription stays active — future list-price increases never apply to existing customers. That's the founders guarantee.
How do I start?+
With a 15-minute demo, your own age group on screen. There is no open trial period: we would rather set the club up with you — squad, calendar and age groups — and open the account after that. Clubs joining now keep the founders price forever.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. On the monthly plan, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current cycle; on the annual plan you keep access until the end of the paid period. No lock-in, no penalties.
How do I migrate my club data?+
The TeamxBoost team helps set up your squad, calendar and age groups, and onboarding and data migration are assisted end to end — it is all included in the plan. Your club data always remains yours.
How is sensitive data handled — medical records and minors?+
Under the GDPR. The medical module has role-based access — only those who need to see it do — and data on minor athletes is overseen by their guardian in a dedicated portal. Data is never sold or used for advertising.
Is there an athlete limit?+
No athlete limit — the plan covers the whole club, across every age group. Coaches, staff and guardians are included at no extra cost.
What support is included?+
Priority support and assisted onboarding are included in the plan. During early access, clubs get a direct line to the team.
