The engine is the same across every vertical: structured questions instead of capture, AI-prepared feedback across observable categories, a report the right person actually reads — all inside the system that already runs the day-to-day. The domain changes, the taxonomy changes; the idea does not.

TeamxBoost is before commercial launch. The football and futsal questions, the six categories and the report format came out of conversations with youth coaches — and they keep changing with them. When there are testimonials on this page, they will be from real clubs, named, and they will be yours.

Three lines we do not negotiate.
No cameras, no vests, no uploads
If assessing a player requires equipment, youth teams get left out. The feedback, the report and the plan come from structured questions — on any pitch, with any phone.
Minors’ data first
The athletes are often children. Guardians and consent, role-based access, sensitive-access logging and data in the EU are not a footnote: they are the first architectural decision.

Guardians, consent and role-based access are not a footnote: they are the first thing we built. The doctor sees the medical layer. The coach sees training. Guardians see their child’s report — and nothing else.

- Role-based accessMedical, scouting and psychology are closed layers: only the right role opens each one.
