Training & matches
Squad, call-ups, attendance and live Match Mode.
Five modules with a single direction: training and matches, administration, medical, scouting and psychology/academics. Each layer opens by role — not by convenience.
It is not a stack of tools glued together: it is one system where the squad, attendance, dues and player development speak the same language. Two layers are closed by default.
Squad, call-ups, attendance and live Match Mode.
Members, dues and the paperwork of each age group.
Closed layer. Only the club’s health role gets in.
Closed layer. Scouting kept apart from day-to-day training.
Following the athlete off the pitch, by role.
Layers with a padlock open by role and every access is logged.
A youth club works with minors. Role-based access is not an admin setting: it is how the system is built.
| Role | What they see |
|---|---|
| Board | The club: age groups, attendance, dues and the state of each team. |
| Coach | Their team: squad, sessions, matches and their players’ feedback. |
| Health role | Only the club’s medical layer, closed to every other function. |
| Scout | Only the scouting layer, separate from the teams’ daily work. |
| Guardian | Their child’s monthly report, the call-ups and the dues. Nothing else. |
| Athlete | Their own path: feedback, attendance and what they have to fix. |
Every access to a sensitive layer is logged and auditable by the club’s board.
€174.50/month
or €990/year — founders price for the first year — kept for good
entry is by demo · no trial period
We book a session with the board and the technical coordination: we set up one age group, show the report and answer the hard questions about data and access.
Guardians, consent and role-based access are not a footnote: they are the first thing we built. The doctor sees the medical layer. The coach sees training. Guardians see their child’s report — and nothing else.
The club’s sensitive layers live inside management and open by role, not by convenience. Every access to a sensitive layer is logged and auditable by the club’s board.
