Medical module
The club’s health layer is closed: only the clinical role opens it, and we do not describe it in detail on a public site.
Scouting
Targets, observations and structured reports, visible only to the scouting staff and the coordination.
Every access to a sensitive layer is logged and auditable by the club’s board.
Roles
The coach sees training. The guardian sees their child.
There is no default “sees everything” role. Each profile enters its own layer and the rest stays closed — including for club staff.

Guardians, consent and role-based access are not a footnote: they are the first thing we built. The doctor sees the medical layer. The coach sees training. Guardians see their child’s report — and nothing else.
